Partizan Belgrad and uefa

Partizan Belgrad has been kicked out of the uefa cup because of the fans.their fans fought with zrinjski fans.I think that is being to harsh because in serbia so many teams fight and dont get that kind of punishment.its only because there are red star supporters in the uefa admianistration in serbia.red star is a team supported by the goverment and partizan is a team supported by fans.if they want red star to win something all they need to say is make red star win.its not fair at all.and its not just those two teams its all of southern europe.
