That 'Arry Video Interview In Full

Just thought that this was worth a share.

More reasons for the Yid in the street to thank the sweet Lord and all his infinite mercies for the straight talking 'Arry Redschnapps.

And this is very good and was kindly passed on for your viewing pleasure by Chris Toy.

Look at what we've got with 'arry, its like....one of us! Compare that with the other Spurs story going the rounds with Comolli claiming to have done a fantastic job and it really does show that we've woken up,
it was all a bad dream and Toto is still in his basket.

There's a ways to go yet and we'll stumble, but 'arry....... pure genius, Comolli....... complete cunt!

There is a letter in the metro today, which is very similar to that cartoon:

"When the future looks bleak and uncertain, when recession is looming and it seems like it can't get any worse, what is neede is somebody to bring stability and confidence to the world, someone able to pull us back from the brink.
We now have such a leader; Harry Redknapp must immediately assume control of the country"

What a great man. Let's just hope Chelsea don't come and poach him when they fail to win anything again this year.

ODM, in keeping with the gist of this thread and in response to your plea for possible new songs for the terraces, I submit my first draft:

To the tune of "I'm a believer by the Monkees" (obviously sung by Gareth Bale)

I thought glory only lived in the olden days (clap-clap, clap clap clap)
Meant for Sir. Billy Nick but not for me.
We had hit rock botton (hey, hey hey hey)
belief was lost , it seemed (hey, hey hey hey)
Relegation haunted all my dreams.

Then 'Arry came, now Im a believer
Not a trace of doubt in my mind.
I'm a Yid, Yes Im a believer!
Tottenham Hotspur till I die

Nick, imagine what it might have been like had we had Monchi or any other competent DoF at the Lane... perhaps we would have been contenders by now and done it at half the cost?

Comolli's tenure is now consigned to history and whatever he may or may not have achieved at Tottenham is thankfully in the past. Lets focus on the present and strive for the future.

No problem I was just stating the obvious,I am delighted with Harry. He is a guy who can really take this club forward,it`s a crying shame he did not get the chance earlier for him and us.

first hints of criticism. The Prince trying to get too fancy. And, by implication, Hutton can't head the ball to save his life.

What you playing here? Songs? I wanna play.

- A bastardised Wonderwall.

Today is gonna be the day three points go to 'Arry's boys in blue,
By now, you should have realised that we've done what we came to do,
I don't believe that anybody
Can do the things we do,
We're 'Arry's boys in blue.

Songs?

Rosie and Jim,
Rosie and Jim,
Riding along in the old ragdoll,

Rosie and Jim,
Rosie and Jim,
La la la la la la la (Don't know the rest)

What has this got to do with Spurs?

F**k all, but it's lodged in my head. Hope it becomes imbedded in someone elses too.

Have to agree with you weejp, these poor attempts at songwriting have become a form of lyrical masturbation. None of them are a patch on my 'Wombles' song.
p.s. did you know tht there are nine million bicycles in Beijing?..........that's a fact.....

OK next attempt at a song to the tune of Linkin Parks What I've Done:

We are the Tottenham,
We're here to play, our beautiful game,
We are the Tottenham,
From White Hart Lane, You'll feel the pain

Tott-en-ham
The lilywhites
North Londons Might
Tott-en-ham
You've no defence,
Against the best,

Welcome mate, yeah looks good, another first for the Spurs. I think the tower/fortress type would suit the surrounding area more.

If nobody comes up with anything better tomorrow at the Cottage I will try and launch :

Come on, come on
Hurry up Arry Redknapp
( repeated )

We come from White Hart Lane
We're gonna win again

It's simple and pathetic enough to catch on.
