Apologies for the late update of the 'Blog this evening I was enjoying not getting soaked on my bike so much that I stayed out a bit longer. I know it is very slack and I will try and ensure it doesn't happen again I promise. I took some film with my new digital camcorder (which fits on the handlebars) so I am looking forward to watching that back...

I would have been on the blog sooner but just as I was about to start cooking my dinner the house phone rang and some bloody woman started ranting on about how much she reckoned my mortgage was (£200 she reckoned, I wish!!) and how much she could save me on it. I told her she must have the wrong number and she snapped my head off saying that she definitely had the correct one. Stupid git, she got a piece of my mind.

Rant over. But don't get me started on Ryanair.

Sorry did someone mention football?

I love this football club, I really do. My interest in the ego-fest that is the Premiership is all but dead now and I am happy to look back on 2 decades of following the Terras with pride (really!). There are loads of things that amaze me about Weymouth football club, today's is that one minute us supporters can be using the message board/forum thingy to complain about ground ownership issues and the next people are ranting about the sleeve length of replica kit!

Of course this does matter. Most people prefer short sleeves on their team kits as it it a British tradition to take them abroad on your summer holidays :0)

So I am glad that the club has taken the opportunity to review the policy and allow people to order both short or long sleeves. Personally I am a bit of a soft arse so in the winter when playing 5 a side I prefer long sleeves.

Anyhow this leads me neatly onto the launch of beat the blogger (at long last!!!). 

I have been off on my summer holidays now and have a couple of real comedy posed photos which you can see below.

So what's the competition ? I want your holiday photos (not those ones you dirty git!!)... I want pictures of you in the most obscure places on the planet armed with nothing but a Terras shirt or scarf.

We will then publish them on the blog and have a vote type thing to decide the winner. As I mentioned the other day, I don't have a prize as yet but don't let that put you off!!!
