Pool A - Marist (Honiara), Uncles (Honiara), Tematangi (RenBel), Kuara FC (Guadalcanal), New Jersey (Makira), Mafi United (Isabel)
Pool B - Koloale FC (Honiara), Aimela FC (Malaita), Mobile Cools (Central), Ngaube FC (Temotu), Camp United (Western)
The winner will advance to the 2006 OFC Club Championships, New Zealand
