I can see that we are old tired of Ronaldo's transfer saga. For 2 years Calderon humiliated himself and Real Madrid with him for an overrated player. Here is why Madrid should go for Quaresma not for Ronaldo:

• Quaresma has prooved that he is one of the best right wingers in the world. He showed his abilities in the Champions league last season.
• Ronaldo has reached his peak last season. Naturally his form should drop. At least he won't be like last season.
• Quaresma didn't won the Champions league so he has the hunger for success.
• Ronaldo won everything. And he is already destined for best player in the world for 2008.
• Quaresma played for Barcelona and they exchanged him for Deco. He will be very motivated to beat Barcelona. We all remember Eto'o.
• Quaresma is valued for 40m euros while Ronaldo for 85m euros and basicly their is no big difference. the main reason for that is that Ronaldo plays for man utd while Quaresma for Porto.
• Paying 85m euros for one player plus his exagerated wages will only cause disturbance in the locker room,
• Paying 85m euros will raise the value of the evergrowing debts of Real Madrid ( 100m Euros per year, there is 25 m euros in the club). 

So what do you think? Do you really see that Ronlado deserves this media circus and that sum of money, or Quarema is more suitable for Madrid. Or Calderon should sign a different player?
