For Italy Franco Baresi for Milan, was awesome as is Maldini also Cannavaro & Nesta.

For England Psycho Pearce was one of my favorites as is my namesake King(I used to like ArseSOL b4 he became judas) There are too many to choose from, to pick one outstanding choice imo.
