Papua New Guinea 0 - 7 New Zealand


The Football Ferns have qualified for the Women's Football Tournament at the 2012 London Olympic Games by beating Papua New Guinea 7-0 in the second leg of the OFC Women's Olympic Qualifier Play-off in Port Moresby.

The result gives New Zealand an aggregate win of 15-0 after defeating Papua New Guinea 8-0 in the first leg at Whangarei last Saturday.

4' The Football Ferns have another corner but Green knocks it behind for a goal kick

6' Holly Patterson tries to play the ball through for Hannah Wilkinson but Papua New Guinea goalkeeper Linda Bunaga does well to come off her line and collect the ball

8' Daisy Winas bursts through the middle as the hosts enjoy their first attack but goalkeeper Rebecca Rolls clears the ball

9' Green again puts a corner out for a goal kick

11' A Wilkinson cross finds Sarah Gregorius inside the box but her header goes wide
