Waitakere United 2-1 Hekari United

Waitakere United’s 2-1 victory over Hekari United in the 2010 O-League 2nd Leg Final at Fred Taylor Park this afternoon was not enough for the home side to claim their third title in the competition.

Instead it was the Papua New Guineans who were celebrating as they became the first team from outside New Zealand and Australia to claim the OFC Champions League and win through to the FIFA Club World Cup UAE 2010.
