The winner of the National Clubs Championship (NCC) qualifies for the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) O-League 2008/2009 season.
Last season's representative club Kossa FC has already been eliminated - who will win the right to represent Solomon Islands at Oceania club football's top table?
Makuru played at the 2005 OFC Club Championships in Tahiti but Koloale has never been amongst such illustrious company.

In Soccer, Referee is the main judge, with the lines men and 4th official as his assistants. The assistants can advise the ref on any decisions, and ref has to make the final judgement. The

Comm has no power to advise the ref. He cannot influence the ref's decision in any way. So if the ref reversed his decision after consulting his assistants then it maybe legally
genuine, So
the
Games Comm cannot influence him in any way, otherwise it's an absurd judgement! Let the ref explain how he made his decision and let's judge it against the FIFA ref
regulations! Whatever it maybe, the decision is already made! So let's accept Koloale as the Solo O-league rep!
