Hah, it doesn't end there either. 5 men were found yesterday carrying 1.7 million euros. The money was from Steaua to U. Cluj as payment if they beat CFR Cluj in the last game of the season.
Steaua could be relegated because of it, but I doubt it will happen. One can only hope though!

Niran showed me this, thought you'd want to read it:

"Google engineers last week presented an interesting paper at the WWW2008 conference in Beijing which proposes to apply its PageRank
system of finding relevant Web pages to radically improve the accuracy of image search results using Google. This new technology is being called VisualRank, according to an fascinating story on
the subject in the New York Times. The paper, titled “PageRank for Product Image Search,” (PDF) was published by Yushi Jing and Shumeet Baluja of Google. In it they talk about using PageRank to
analyze the “visual link structure” that can be created among a group of similar images. This paper proposes to move away from the current model of many image search engine rankings, described as
using “the text clues of the pages in which images are embedded to rank images.”

Nasty joke of the week (for England supporters only):
Teacher to class: "What does your dad do at weekends?"
Little boy: "He's a dancer in a gay bar and sometimes if the money's right he lets
punters bang his arse and cum in his gob.
Teacher takes
him outside: "Is that true?"
"No miss, it's bollocks. He plays for England but I'm too embarrased to say."

  • Wambach-Boxx-Lilly, and the US go to the semi-final!

    8 months ago | 2 Comments

After Germany's win against the Koreans, the second quarter final saw the USWNT face to the English ladies. US had won the group B while the English were second in group A behind the Germans (same points, better goal difference for Germany). Us were of course the favourite, but at half...

  • 3-0 is too heavy to Chile

    11 months ago | 11 Comments

Ok, Robinho showed 10 minutes of his class, but this Brazil full of muscles and centimetres did not deserve such a score. Chile could draw with Humberto Suazo in the second half, but after six, seven dribbles his shot were stopped by Juan. If the player of Monterrey scored, it wouldn't...
