Well done to Cesc Fabregas for becoming the EURO2008 winner with his nation, Spain. Now what I would like to see is him helping Arsenal to a few silverwares this season, something we have threatened to do every season but in the end finished them empty handed. ... Well done to Cesc Fabregas who was part of Spain's Euro 2008 winning side last night. Although he was rather oddly substituted by loopy manager Luis Aragones Spain were never really troubled by Germany and Fernando Torres' goal was enough to win it. Cesc said afterwards: ... Fabregas (Justified Success), Lehmann (Beaten Warrior), Adebayor (The Ugly Face of Modern Football)

Arsenal's Cesc Fabregas proudly paraded a Euro 2008 winners medal tonight in the Ernst Happel Stadion, Vienna! The final score, as if you didn't know, was Spain 1 Germany 0. Personally, I'm delighted for the young Spaniard. Not only does Fabregas posess maturity beyond his ... It's hours before the start of the Euro 2008 final between Germany and Spain and I'm still not quite sure who to cheer for. It's Cesc versus Jens, it's the hated Germans versus the hated (though less successful) Spanish and it's for all the marbles. ... Well this is my first ever blog post, so, err, welcome! Let me start by saying I am in no way related to Cliff, I have merely chosen to take on his name and goal tally as a username. Right, now that's out of the way, onto Arsenal. The main news currently is Adebayor's... Posted by Bastin178 · Comments (0) Topics: Arsenal,Emmanuel Sheyi Adebayor,Cesc Fabregas,EURO 2008

This summer, as I'm sure you're aware at this very moment, has revolved mostly around Arsenal players going to other clubs. Hleb and Adebayor in particular. So it was with great interest that I saw a story emerge yesterday with direct quotes from Adebayor saying how he was... Morning all, hard to say that Spain didn't deserve that last night, particular given the way Fabregas came on and inspired the team. Villa's injury should see him start the final which is a good thing for football purists - he's been fantastic whenever he's played. ... Morning all, it's all about the Cesc today after the Arsenal man inspired Spain to a 3-0 win over Russia last night. He made two, nearly scored one, set up another couple of chances and was, overall, the best player on the pitch by a country mile. Desp... Vincenzo Morabito is a name we've heard a lot in recent times. He was the man who Alexander Hleb went to meet for an ice-cream but at no stage discussed a transfer to Inter Milan with. No sir. He's also the man who said that Roma's Alberto Aquilani was 'speaking to Arsenal'... Posted by arseblog · Comments (1075) Topics: Emmanuel Sheyi Adebayor,EURO 2008,Cesc Fabregas, arsene wenger
