Corporate Management Framework

The Corporate Management Framework supports Member Associations to strengthen their internal systems, structures, and processes.

Working directly with each MA, the framework:

  • Identifies priority focus areas (e.g. strategic planning, finance, commercial, competitions)
  • Assesses current capability and performance
  • Provides tailored mentoring and support
  • Supports implementation and ongoing improvement
