MA Services
MA Services role is to support Member Associations by building capacity at all levels
There are two strategic pillars:
- Facilitating all processes from application to reporting of Development programmes funding for MAs.
- To support through capacity building programmes, including the GS Executive Programme, strategic planning support, the implementation of the Corporate Management Framework and the Certificate and Diploma in Football Management.
MA Services is focused on strengthening Member Associations (MAs) across Oceania by building capability, supporting sustainable growth, and enabling high-performing football organisations.
Through a tailored approach, MA Services supports MAs to:
- Strengthen leadership and decision-making
- Improve organisational structures and systems
- Build skilled and capable workforces
- Drive long-term, sustainable development of football
Our delivery is not one-size-fits-all. Each initiative is designed in collaboration with Member Associations to reflect their specific context, challenges, and priorities.
Capacity Building
Our capacity building initiatives are designed to strengthen football organisations— developing leadership, improving systems, and building expertise across all levels of football organisations.
Aligned to the OFC Strategy (2023–2026), our work is grounded in the strategic pillar of Education and Capacity Building — with a clear objective:
“To leave a lasting legacy in football through education and capability development that meets the needs of individuals and organisations.”
Rather than standalone programmes, our initiatives are integrated into one, with the Member Association at the heart of everything we do.
