Governance Regulations

The objective of these Governance Regulations is to complement the OFC Statutes concerning the eligibility check to be conducted on candidates for OFC bodies (subject to the OFC Statutes and Regulations) by the Eligibility Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee (where relevant) and on-going monitoring of the officeholders and representatives of the Member Associations under Article 10.1(x) of the OFC Statutes.
