Our Executive Programme focuses on developing leadership capability at the highest level of our 11 Member Associations — General Secretaries and CEOs.

Delivered twice a year, these workshops focus on:

• Strategic thinking and leadership development
• Knowledge sharing and peer learning
• Open discussion on key organisational challenges

Workshops are supported by webinars, ensuring continuous learning between sessions.
