The investigation and subsequent meeting of the Adjudicatory Chamber of the OFC Ethics Committee follows a complaint filed by the Papua New Guinea Football Association.
As a result of the OFC Ethics Committee finding, Roy Kamen (president of Lae Football Association) and Stanley Khanna (vice-president of Lae Football Association) are banned from taking part in any football-related activities at the national, regional and international level.
The ban is for a period of two years from 18 June 2016 in accordance with Article 12(f) of the OFC Disciplinary Code.
