In Pool C Ifira Black Bird FC and Amicale FC qualified first and second respectively, beating out defending champions Tafea FC on points differential after all three finished the group stage tied on five points.
It is the first time since 2007 that Tafea have failed to progress out of their pool.
That confirmed a quarter final clash between Ifira and Pool D runners-up LL Echo FC, who had a win and two draws through group play.
Immediately following that match the 2014 OFC Champions League runners-up Amicale will take on Erakor Golden Star FC, who finished two points clear at the top of Pool D.
The four sides will be fighting for the right to join Vaum United FC and Malampa Revivors in the 23 September semi-finals at Luganville Soccer City Stadium.
Both Vaum and Malampa booked their spots with victories in last month’s Northern Regional quarters held on the island of Santo.
The final will take place on 26 September at Luganville Soccer City Stadium, with the winner earning the right to represent the VFF at the 2016 OFC Champions League.
