Jones last travelled to this part of the world as a member of the LA Galaxy squad that played the Wellington Phoenix in Wellington in 2007.
The visit, which has been organised by the Embassy of the United States of America in Suva, will see Jones and Noolan collaborate with the OFC Just Play Programme in Fiji, the Fiji Sports Council and UNICEF Pacific, as well as local schools to run a two-day workshop.
Fiji Just Play Project Manager Lavenia Yalovi says the festival will promote healthy living among the local children attending, as well as offer an opportunity to work with some top footballers in some practical activities.
“The purpose of the festival is to promote Just Play and our hand washing and wellness message for children,” Yalovi says.
The two festivals will be held at the National Stadium Complex in Suva on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 August with 150 children expected to attend.
Noonan will then be heading on to Tonga where she will be running several workshops with the Tonga Football Association’s U-15 and U-20 women’s teams.
