OFC U-19 Women’s Championship winners New Zealand have announced their squad for the upcoming FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup 2026™, kicking off in Poland next month.
Head Coach Callum Holmes has named 21 players in his squad, as they prepare to take on Japan, the United States and Italy in Group D.
They begin their campaign on September 6 against 2018 champions Japan in Łódź, before taking on Italy on September 9 and finishing their group stage assignment against three-time winners USA on September 12.
The Kiwis are looking to advance past the group stage for just the second time at a FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup™, having made the quarter-finals in Canada in 2014.
