The OFC Appeal Committee met on Thursday 4 April in Fiji in the matter of the appeal from the Solomon Islands Football Federation (SIFF) of the OFC Disciplinary Committee’s decision regarding Chris Satu and his eligibility to play in OFC U-16 Championship in 2018.

SIFF was not legally represented at the hearing.

The hearing was adjourned for at least 14 days to allow SIFF to seek legal advice and to make further submissions to the Appeal Committee on the OFC submissions.

The hearing will be reconvened at a date to be set by OFC.

The OFC Executive Committee has declined to decide on the second representative from OFC at the FIFA U-17 World Cup until the appeal process has been concluded.
