Untouchable Ba FC win Fiji women’s league 

The Mai Life Magazine Ba FC women’s team powered to the 2021 Digicel Women’s Super League by completing an undefeated campaign at the end of last year. 

Ba won all 10 matches in the league season to claim the title ahead of Labasa, who also boasted an admirable record which saw them earn 24 of a possible 30 points.  

The Ba team were presented with the trophy at a ceremony attended by Fiji Football Association President Rajesh Patel and Digicel representatives, while Ba star player Cema Nasau was awarded the competition’s golden boot award.  

It was the first year the competition was run in its current format, with the Ba, Labasa, Suva, Rewa, Tailevu Naitasiri and Nadroga clubs all taking part.
