StarKist preps for Flag Day on FFAS grounds

The territory’s biggest private sector employer has held three sessions at the grounds in Pago Pago to help give their performers a feel of the Veteran’s Memorial Stadium. They perform on Flag Day, April 17, 2014.
“This is something we like to help out with the community, when or if our field is available, of course,” said FFAS President Faiivae Iuli Alex Godinet. “Fagasa came to us last year as well and we gave them our blessing to practice here as well.”
The grounds were more than adequate for StarKist Samoa’s purposes as they were able to use their PA system as well on the grand stand.
“I wish them the best of luck for their siva ma pese during our Flag Day celebrations and I am looking forward to watching their item,” Faiivae said.
