Fernandes, Asia Pacific Football Academy Director of Football, will oversee the programme in partnership with the Vanuatu Football Federation technical department and staff in Port Vila.
“The aim of this mission is to evaluate the 2013 Elite Academy programme established last year and to plan the term 1 activities.
“It is also a good opportunity for us to discuss and assist with the organisation of the FIFA-OFC Player Development Seminar that is scheduled for 3-7 March,” Fernandes says.
Fernandes was most recently in Papua New Guinea for the OFC/PNGFA Regional course in Lae and Port Moresby.
