6′ Kolole have the best chance of the game when Totori plays in Ian Paia on the right but his shot goes straight to goalkeeper Tamati Williams
7′ GOAL!!! Auckland City 1 – Koloale 0: Auckland take the lead when an Andrew Milne cross breaks to Chad Coombes and he strikes a low shot towards goal from outside the area. Ramoni pulls off a brilliant save but the rebound goes straight to Adam Dickinson and he tucks it away
12′ Totori cuts onto his left foot and hits a shot towards goal but the effort is blocked
16′ GOAL!!! Koloale 1 – Auckland City 1: Koloale draw level when Totori breaks forward and feeds James Naka, who holds off a defender and the ball breaks to Steven Anisi. He makes no mistake with his finish, smashing it home to the right of Williams

19′ Naka finds Totori with a well-placed crossfield ball and the fleet-footed striker controls before prodding a shot across the face of goal under pressure from Milne

30′ Auckland pass up an opportunity to go in front when Koprivcic sends a dangerous cross into the box but Feneridis can’t get his foot to the ball
