The Chairman of the Telikom National Soccer League board, Mr Isaac Lupari, expressed apologies on behalf of the TNSL Board for the delays in getting the competition underway.
“Due to circumstances beyond the board’s control they were left with no alternative but to delay the commencement,” Lupari says,”Appropriate measures are now being put in place to ensure that a similar situation does not occur in the future.”
