Infantino presented his 11 Principles to bring FIFA Forward which outlines his plans for advancing football’s international governing body.
Each of the president’s from the OFC Member Associations present at the meeting expressed their appreciation at Infantino’s willingness to visit their environment.
“For OFC and our members it is encouraging to have a FIFA Presidential candidate travel to our region to meet everyone and experience Oceania,” OFC President David Chung says.
“For Gianni to see first-hand the challenges we face and listen to what the needs of the region are, from the people who know them best, is incredibly important.
“We appreciate the effort and commitment he has shown by making this trip to Papua New Guinea.”
