New Zealand referee Matthew Conger and assistant referee Simon Lount will be joined by Tonga assistant referee Tevita Makasini in representing OFC alongside trios from each of the five remaining confederations.
It is not the first time the trio have worked a FIFA tournament together, with the three of them having officiated during the FIFA U-20 World Cup in New Zealand earlier this year.
Conger has been on the FIFA referee list since 2013 and has been a regular on the New Zealand domestic over the past ten years. He has also earned numerous appointments to regional tournaments and A-League matches.
Makasini also has a lengthy career on the referee circuit and as well as the pinnacle of Oceania events, the OFC Nations Cup, he has been appointed to six previous FIFA tournaments including the 2008 Olympic Games.
For Lount it will be his second appearance at a World Cup following his debut at the U-20 tournament earlier this year.
The FIFA Club World Cup will be held in Japan from 10-20 December.
Winners of the 2015 OFC Champions League, Auckland City FC, will represent OFC at the tournament.
