The tournament – which will run between 27-29 November at Govind Park in Ba – will see teams split into two divisions, each containing two pools.
The new format has been introduced to accommodate growth in the competition, which this year will include 13 teams compared to 10 last season.
Fiji Football Association women’s football director Susan Wise says the increased participation numbers are a huge positive.
“Women’s football is generating a lot of interest in Fiji right now, and as a result we have a 13-team competition for the IDC this year,” Wise says.
“This is really encouraging to see and hopefully will set a benchmark for future years.
“Overall we believe the talent is there to make this a fantastic tournament.”
The Super Premier Division features Rewa, Ba and Nasinu in Pool 1 and Lautoka, Navua, Nadi and Labasa in Pool 2.
The Premier Division is made up of Tailevu Naitasiri, Tavua, Lami in Pool 1 and Savusavu, Suva, Nadroga in Pool 2.
The pool matches will be played from 27-28 November, with the semi-finals and final set down for 29 November.
Ba enter the 2015 edition as the defending champions, having won the title on the same turf last year by defeating Labasa 2-1 in the final.
