The Oceania Football Confederation, under the authority of article 2.1 and 33.1 of the Regulations of the OFC U-19 Championship 2018 has decided that a further change will be made to the match venue for the Group Stage of the competition.

Due to the adverse weather conditions including constant heavy rain over the past two days in Papeete, the condition of the pitch at Stade Pater following the hosting of two consecutive match days has deteriorated quicker than anticipated.

Ensuring the surface offers a safe environment for players and provides optimum conditions for football, is considered paramount.

Following consultation with the LOC, Stade Fautaua has been chosen to host the remaining Group A and Group B matches.

However, the situation of unsuitable stadium lighting remains and therefore the amended match details are as follows (local date and time):

Saturday 11 August

Papua New Guinea vs. New Zealand
Kick-off: 12h00

Tahiti vs. Tonga
Kick-off: 15h00

Sunday 12 August

Solomon Islands vs. Vanuatu
Kick-off: 12h00

Fiji vs. Vanuatu
