The 20 players who will represent New Caledonia at the upcoming OFC Women’s Nations Cup 2022 in Fiji has been announced.

Head coach Michel Berbeche has included three women who currently play their football in France among the 20 selected, with the other 17 all based in New Caledonia.

The squad have been in Lifou this week in a training camp ahead of the tournament, which begins on Wednesday, July 13.

New Caledonia have been drawn in Group C alongside Fiji and the Solomon Islands and get their campaign underway against the host nation at the ANZ Stadium in Suva on Sunday, July 17 at 7.00pm before facing the Solomon Islands on Wednesday, July 20 at the same time.

The top two teams from each of the three groups, along with the two best third-placed finishers will qualify for the quarter-finals with the final set for Saturday, July 30 at 7.00pm.
