New OFC magazine show launches

OFC Monthly is a new magazine show bringing together football activities from across Oceania.

The OFC Monthly is a new magazine style show bringing football activities from around the Pacific region to fans of Oceania football across the globe.

The OFC TV initiative will regularly feature player profiles, OFC competitions, training activities, development courses and highlights of local events taking place in each of the 11 OFC Member Associations.

The first edition of the 25-minute programme launched today on the OFC YouTube Channel and includes a profile of Vanuatu midfielder Bong Kalo and the Cook Islands team preparing for this month’s OFC U-20 Championship.

Episode 1 also features the Just Play Monitoring and Evaluation Workshop held in Fiji, the FIFA Pitch Maintenance Workshop in Rarotonga, the Solomon Islands’ FIFA Futsal World Cup campaign and New Zealand Football’s bid to host the next edition of the world’s pinnacle futsal event.

For Pacific audiences, OFC Monthly – Episode 1 is also scheduled on the Pacific Channel tomorrow, Friday 2 September at 17h30 before TV One News.
