The Oceania Football Confederation took another step toward forward with two key appointments made during its Executive Committee meeting in Russia on 13 July.

Following the appointment of Vanuatu’s Lambert Maltock to OFC President, the position of Vice-President he left vacant has been taken up by American Samoa President Faiivae Ilui Alex Godinet who was elected unanimously.

In addition, acting General Secretary Franck Castillo had the work he has done so far in reforming the OFC General Secretariat endorsed by the ExCo, with the former Head of Social Responsibility and International Relations now the permanent General Secretary.
