The Cook Islands Football Association (CIFA) National League competition is into it’s sixth round with Tupapa leading the way after the weekend’s action. Unbeaten and
yet to concede a single goal in over 540 minutes of competitive action, Tupapa’s race toward the CIFA title seems unimpeded.

Nearest rival Takavaine sit three points behind the league leaders and can draw some consolation in the fact they have scored the same number of goals as Tupapa.
However, defensive frailties have scuppered Takavaine’s aspirations of claiming top spot.

In the women’s competition, Tupapa are also unbeaten with five wins and a draw giving them a commanding position after six rounds of the championship race. Rivals
Aororangi are just one point behind Tupapa and have amassed an impressive scoring record of 23 goals for and just 2 against.
