OFC Media Accreditation Terms and Conditions
OCEANIA FOOTBALL CONFEDERATION TERMS OF ACCREDITATION
FOR MEDIA ACCREDITATION PASS HOLDERS
The completed accreditation application form and these terms (including any incorporated terms), form a legally binding contract (Agreement) between the persons named on the Form and the Oceania Football Confederation.
By applying to OFC for accreditation to cover 2026 OFC Competitions, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
Any terms used but not defined in this Agreement, have the meaning given to them on the Form.
- You warrant that the information provided by you on the Form is current, true, and correct.
- OFC will not process any Form that:
(i) is not clear, signed or completed in full; or
(ii) has not received by OFC before the deadline. - OFC reserves the right to not accept any accreditation request at its absolute discretion. OFC’s decision is final, and unsuccessful applicants cannot resubmit an application for accreditation.
- If OFC accepts your application, OFC will notify you in writing and indicate where the accreditation pass (Accreditation) can be collected from.
Terms of Use
- The Accreditation is issued to you for the tournament for which you have specifically been granted accreditation and is non-transferable.
- The Accreditation is, and remains, the property of OFC and OFC may suspend or cancel Accreditation at any time.
- You will gain entrance to the Venue (and a zone within the Venue) only on presentation of a valid Accreditation and, if requested, proof of identity.
Media and Photography
- From one hour before the start of the Match until one hour after the end of the Match, only the Host Broadcaster of the Match is allowed to film or record any vision inside the Venue (including in the dressing rooms and on the Field of Play) Non rights holders, on request, may be granted an exemption to film crowd shots in the stands but will have accreditation revoked if they film any action on the field.
- Where applicable, the post-match media conference is open to all news crews and non-broadcasting television and radio stations.
- If you are accredited as a photographer for the Tournament:
- Accreditation is granted for the sole purpose of enabling you to provide photographs or images only to the publication for which you are accredited, or in the case of news agencies to Bonafide publications which subscribe to your service.
- You must not record moving pictures or audio material at any time.
- If you take a photograph, you must use that photograph or image only for editorial, private, or non-advertising purposes and not for any commercial purpose whatsoever. For the avoidance of doubt, commercial purposes include sale on the internet, licensing, memorabilia, or marketing.
- You MUST NOT enter the field of play.
- You must remain behind the advertising boards behind the goal lines at each end of the field of play, except before the start of the Match when you are entitled to take the team line-up photographs from the touchline in accordance with OFC’s timeframes and direction.
- You must always, whilst within the Venue, wear an OFC-supplied photographers’ bib which must be prominently always displayed. The photographer’s bib must be returned at the end of the match day.
- You must not carry or wear any political, promotional, advertising, or other commercial material of whatever nature (save material provided by OFC) which is visible at the Match,
- You must not do anything which brings, OFC, the Match or football into disrepute.
FIFA+ is the exclusive broadcast partner of the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC). No media outlet other than the official TV rights holder within a given territory is permitted to broadcast or livestream any match footage.
- Non-rights holder TV camera operators are strictly prohibited from filming any on-field action during a match.
- Non-rights holders may be granted permission to film supporters in the stands.
Non-rights holders
- Non-rights holders are permitted to film interviews in the mixed zone following the match.
- OFC will enforce a yellow card / red card policy for any breach of filming regulations. A first offence will result in a formal warning (yellow card). A repeat offence will result in accreditation being revoked (red card).
- OFC will provide up to 60 seconds of official match highlights to broadcasters and non-rights holders following each match for use in news bulletins only.
Replacement, suspension, or cancellation
- Lost or stolen Accreditation must be immediately reported to OFC in writing to [email protected]. OFC may, in its absolute discretion, issue duplicate Accreditation.
- Any break of these Terms of Accreditation may result in your Accreditation being suspended or cancelled and you will be evicted from the Venue.
- The suspension or cancellation of Accreditation by OFC and your eviction from the Venue, is without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that OFC may have against you or the company, organisation, or business which you represent. Suspension, cancellation, and eviction may also impact on rights to accreditation for you and your company, organisation, or business at future OFC events and matches.
- You agree to comply with OFC’s rules and regulation, including the OFC Code of Conduct and any Venue conditions of entry.
- You must comply with the directions of OFC and/or LOC staff whilst in and around the Venue on Match Days.
Liability
- You agree:
- not to bring any claim or proceedings OFC for any damages, loss, or liability you may suffer in the accessing of the Venue or carrying out your duties, Except for liability which by law cannot be excluded OFC excludes all liability for you in tort (including negligence), contract or bailment, for acts and omissions of OFC (including employees and contractors) arising out of or in relation to the Match or this Agreement.
- to indemnify and keep indemnified OFC (including its staff and contractors) from and against all losses, damages, expenses, costs, and claims incurred or suffered by OFC as a result of any break of this Agreement by you, and any willful, unlawful, or negligent act or omission of you, except to the extent that such loss, damage, expenses, cost, or claim was caused by OFC; and
- to safeguard your equipment or property (including personal property such as bags and money) and acknowledge that OFC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
- OFC is not liable for any loss or damage you suffer because of a Match being cancelled, postponed, or changed.
