Changes at FIFA and the Federation Caledonienne de Football over the past 12 months, including new President’s for both organisations, has seen the New Caledonia turn its attention to the future.

This week FCF has welcomed a raft of experts from FIFA and OFC to its shores as it focuses on the development and implementation of a new strategic plan.

Thirty key players in Caledonian football have come together at the Chateau Royale de Noumea, with FIFA Development Manager – UEFA and Oceania Eva Pasquier leading the sessions.

Pasquier was joined by Thierry Sprungera, a FIFA Finance Consultant and Pierre Meyjonade of FIFA’s Human Resource department all of whom provided their expertise on creating a strategic vision for the development of football.

The two-day workshop has seen the participants lay the foundations from which to start building their future.
