A battle between two European giants is set for the quarter finals, after an impressive day of matches in the Round of 16. PSG thrashed Inter Miami 4-0, while a Harry Kane double helped Bayern Munich advance to a thrlling clash against the reigning European champions.

A first-half blitz powered PSG past Inter Miami securing their place in the semi-finals. Joao Neves’ two-goals in the 6th and 39th minutes to give the French side early control. An own goal from Tomas Aviles and a stoppage-time strike from Achraf Hakimi capped off a dominant first half.
The second half saw PSG ease off while comfortably containing their former teammate Lionel Mess, who had a few chances but couldn’t break through.

Flamengo v FC Bayern Munich
Bayern Munich’s’ FIFA Club World Cup campaign continues with a dominant 4-2 win against Flamengo FC. The Germans stormed into to a two-goal lead within the first 10 minutes – including an own goal by Erick Pulgar and one of two goals from Harry Kane. A powerful effort from Gerson cut the deficit, but Leon Goretzka sent the Germans up 3-1 at the break.
Jorginho’s’ penalty in the second half gave Flamengo a lifeline, but Kane killed their hopes with a clinical finish, knocking the Brazilian side out of the tournament.
The result sets up a mouth-watering quarter-final between Bayern and PSG on Saturday U.S. time.
