About The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Commercial Officer plays a key role in supporting the delivery of OFC’s commercial partnerships across competitions and programmes, including the OFC Professional League, Champions Leagues, FIFA qualifiers, and development initiatives.
This role is central to ensuring seamless sponsorship delivery, strong partner servicing, and efficient commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Commercial Operations & Administration
- Maintain and track commercial asset inventory (signage, digital, hospitality, etc.)
- Coordinate sponsorship deliverables, timelines, and internal workflows
- Support partner servicing, campaign setup, and approvals
- Assist in activation planning and rights delivery tracking
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports on partner activities and campaign performance
- Support development of proposals, sponsor reports, and activation summaries
- Maintain contract and documentation databases in collaboration with Legal and Procurement
- Update CRM systems and track commercial pipeline activity
Event & Matchday Delivery
- Support onsite delivery of sponsor branding and activations
- Coordinate logistics including signage, hospitality, and giveaways
- Liaise with Events and Media teams to ensure partner requirements are met
Creative & Content Coordination
- Coordinate creative approvals with marketing and design teams
- Assist in delivering digital, social, and video assets
- Support basic copywriting and campaign messaging where required
Internal Collaboration
- Contribute to internal planning and cross-functional projects
- Support pitch preparation and commercial presentations
- Help manage timelines for renewals, campaigns, and internal briefs

About You
You’re a highly organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You bring a strong eye for detail, excellent coordination skills, and a genuine passion for sport and community impact.
Key experience and skills:
- 3 years’ experience in commercial, sponsorship, marketing, or project coordination roles
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting campaigns, partnerships, or activations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to manage timelines, reporting, and multiple priorities
Desirable:
- Experience in sports sponsorship or partnership delivery
- Exposure to ticketing platforms or event operations
- Design or content creation skills
- Experience working in international or cross-cultural environments
You’ll also bring:

Additional language skills beyond English would be an advantage.
