We’re currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Officer to support the delivery of OFC’s commercial partnerships and help grow the profile and reach of football across Oceania.

About The Role
This is a dynamic and hands-on role supporting the Commercial & Communications team in delivering successful sponsorship activations and commercial initiatives across competitions, campaigns, and events. You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the execution of our commercial activities across our activities and programmes, including the Professional League and other competitions.
- Delivering high-quality servicing to commercial partners, ensuring rights and obligations are fulfilled efficiently.
- Manage sponsorship inventory, reporting, and internal coordination to support smooth campaign and event delivery.
- Assist the Commercial Manager with campaign execution, data reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Liaising with marketing, media, and events teams to ensure partner activities are aligned and well-executed.
- Helping maintain CRM data, track timelines, and prepare presentations or post-campaign reports

About You
Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a commercial, sponsorship, marketing, or coordination role.
- A strong understanding of campaign delivery and partnership servicing (experience in sport or events is a bonus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and experience with reporting or data entry.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- A professional, team-oriented approach and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A relevant qualification in business, marketing, or a related discipline (desirable but not essential).
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital project management tools.
- Flexibility to travel and willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends.
- Eligibility to drive in New Zealand, ability to satisfy Working with Children and Ministry of Justice criminal checks.
Additional language skills beyond English would be an advantage.
