About the Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Commercial Partnerships Officer will support the delivery of OFC’s sponsorships, partnerships, activations, and commercial operations across competitions and programmes.
This role combines relationship management, event delivery, campaign coordination, and commercial support, making it ideal for someone wanting to grow their career in the sports industry.
You will work closely with sponsors, internal teams, agencies, and event stakeholders to help bring commercial partnerships to life both on and off the field.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnerships & Relationship Management
- Support the day-to-day servicing of commercial partners and sponsors
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with sponsorship activations, campaign delivery, and partner engagement
- Coordinate approvals, timelines, and commercial deliverables
- Event & Matchday Delivery
- Support sponsorship delivery across football competitions and events
- Assist with signage, branding, hospitality, giveaways, and activations
- Work closely with Events and Media teams to ensure partner requirements are delivered seamlessly
- Provide onsite support during tournaments and commercial activations
- Commercial & Campaign Coordination
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and sponsorship reporting
- Track commercial rights delivery and campaign performance
- Coordinate creative assets and campaign content with marketing and design teams
- Support digital and social campaign execution
- Administration & Reporting
- Maintain commercial databases, CRM systems, and reporting documentation
- Track partnership assets, timelines, and campaign activity
- Support contract administration and commercial workflows
About You
You’re someone who naturally builds relationships, communicates confidently, and enjoys working in collaborative, fast-moving environments.
You are organised and proactive, but you also enjoy being involved in the energy of live events, sponsorship activations, and commercial campaigns.
You may already have experience in sponsorship, partnerships, events, sport, marketing, or account coordination, and you’re looking for an opportunity to grow your career in the sports industry.

- Experience in sponsorship, partnerships, marketing, events, account coordination, or commercial support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence managing multiple projects and timelines
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in sport, entertainment, events, or media environments
- Exposure to sponsorship activations or partnership delivery
- Experience with ticketing or event platforms
- Experience creating sponsorship proposals, presentations, or commercial pitch materials
- Experience using design or content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Content creation, social media, or copywriting skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Additional language skills beyond English
