Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) is the governing body for football across Oceania, representing national football associations throughout the Pacific region. We are looking for an organised, proactive and service-focused Facilities Coordinator to join our team and support the effective day-to-day operation of OFC’s facilities.

About The Role

As the Facilities Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring OFC’s facilities, assets and equipment are safe, well maintained, compliant and ready for use.

Reporting to the Procurement and Facilities Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day facilities requirements, maintenance activities, contractors, suppliers, accommodation operations and facilities-related administration. The role will also support the day-to-day operation of reception and front-ofhouse services.

You will be a key point of contact for staff, visitors, Member Associations, teams, referees, contractors and service providers, providing a professional and welcoming experience while ensuring facilities and reception-related requests are responded to efficiently.

This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone with relevant facilities or property maintenance experience who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and finding practical solutions to operational issues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate day-to-day facilities requests and operational requirements, ensuring matters are prioritised, actioned and escalated where required.
• Act as a key point of contact for staff, visitors, guests and facility users on facilities-related matters.
• Conduct regular inspections of OFC facilities, identifying maintenance, cleanliness, safety and operational issues and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Maintain accurate facilities documentation, service information, inventories and operational records.
• Monitor facilities supplies, consumables and operational stock levels and coordinate replenishment as required.
• Coordinate facilities-related invoices and supporting documentation with the Finance team.
• Support security, Health & Safety and other operational requirements across OFC facilities.

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, practical and proactive, with the ability to independently manage multiple facilities requirements while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

You will be comfortable working independently, coordinating contractors and suppliers, building relationships across the organisation and responding calmly and professionally to unexpected operational issues.

You will have:
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in facilities coordination, facilities operations, property maintenance or a similar operational role.
• Practical knowledge and experience in facilities operations and maintenance coordination.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and maintenance service providers.
• A good understanding of workplace Health & Safety requirements relevant to facilities operations and contractor management.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic operational environment.
• A proactive, self-directed and solutions-focused approach.
• The ability to build productive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365.
• A full New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
