We are currently looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing & Brand Manager to lead OFC’s marketing strategy, drive brand visibility, and deliver impactful campaigns that grow football’s reach and reputation across Oceania.

About The Role

This is a pivotal role within our Commercial & Communications team. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the marketing and brand team and building a high-performance culture.
  • Shaping and executing OFC’s brand strategy across digital, broadcast, and physical platforms.
  • Driving integrated marketing campaigns to support competitions, programmes, and partnership activations.
  • Overseeing OFC’s brand identity, content standards, and tone of voice across internal and external communications.
  • Collaborating with creative teams and agencies to develop engaging, high-quality content.
  • Managing brand governance, performance reporting, and audience insights.
  • Liaising with stakeholders across FIFA, broadcast partners, and Member Associations on brand-related matters.

About You

Our ideal candidate has an understanding of the sport marketing and industry.

You are an ideal fit if you have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing or brand leadership roles.
  • Proven success delivering brand and content strategies across multiple channels.
  • Expertise in managing creative agencies and overseeing integrated campaigns.
  • Strong team leadership skills with experience coaching and managing performance.
  • Solid understanding of both digital and traditional marketing environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CMS tools, social media platforms, and project management software.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in sport, entertainment, or major event marketing is highly desirable.
  • A degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Eligibility to drive in New Zealand, ability to satisfy Working with Children and Ministry of Justice criminal checks.

Additional language skills beyond English would be an advantage.
