The 2011 O-League Final will be played in a home-and-away format with the 1st Leg to be played in Port Vila, Vanuatu, on Saturday 2 April and the 2nd Leg to be played at Kiwitea Street in Auckland, New Zealand, on Sunday 17 April.

Amicale and Auckland City are competing for the US$500,000 playoff spot at the FIFA Club World Cup 2011 scheduled to take place in Japan from December 8 to 18. The Vanuatu club champions finished at the top of Group A, just a point ahead of Koloale and two in front of Lautoka, while Auckland City were six points clear of their nearest rivals Waitakere taking out Group B.
