The 23rd Ordinary Congress of the OFC will be held in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea at 9am on 7 January 2015.
The decision was made this morning at the OFC Executive Committee’s final meeting for 2014, held at the Novotel Hotel in Greenlane, Auckland.
