The match kicks off

3′ Sanni Issa of Lautoka drops a wide cross into the Koloale box, Nawatu leaps high to head it but his effort goes straight into the hands of Koloale goalkeeper Shadrack Ramoni
5′ Lautoka yet again pressure the Koloale defence, Issa hitting a 40-yard attempt which goes over the bar
6′ Koloale win a corner after entering the Lautoka box for the first time. The corner finds Joses Nawo whose attempt goes high and wide
8′ Koloale are awarded a free kick on the left hand edge of the Lautoka box. The Lautoka defence regroups to clear the ball comfortably
9′ Lautoka launch an attack at the other end. Jone Vono Junior cuts in from the left hand side and hits a powerful shot into the side netting
10′ GOAL!!! Lautoka 1, Koloale 0: Valerio Nawatu thumps home a Sanni Issa cross
14′ RED CARD: Lautoka goalkeeper Jone Sorolo receives his marching orders after elbowing Koloale striker Ian Paia
15′ Play is held up as Paia receives treatment. Koloale are awarded a penalty kick and Jeffery Bule steps up for the shot
18′ SUBSTITUTION: Jone Vono Junior is replaced by reserve goalkeeper Pramesh Prasad for Lautoka
19′ GOAL!!! Koloale 1, Lautoka 1: Bule finds the back of the net from the spot kick
23′ Paia races deep into Lautoka territory and has only the goalkeeper to beat. He tries to lift the ball over Prasad but fails in his attempt
25′ GOAL!!! Koloale 2, Lautoka 1: A free kick from the right hand edge of the Lautoka box finds an unmarked George Suri, who smashes the ball into the net. Lautoka appeal for offside but the flag stays down
28′ GOAL!!! Koloale 3, Lautoka 1: Koloale go further in front when Lautoka defender Peni Finau fails to clear and the ball falls to Benjamin Totori, who tucks it away past Prasad
31′ SUBSTITUTION: Peni Finau is replaced by Kamal Hassan for Lautoka
34′ Malakai Waqa clears a corner for Lautoka but the ball comes back again quickly into the box. Suri manages to beat Hassan to it and has a strike but his shot goes wide
36′ YELLOW CARD: Krishna Samy is cautioned for Lautoka
40′ Nawatu misses a good opportunity for Lautoka when he heads another Issa cross wide
43′ Koloale have taken control of the match and Lautoka will have to lift their performance in the second half to get anything out of the game

45′ Hassan keeps his side in the match when he somehow gets back to clear a Totori shot off the Lautoka line
