In accordance with the Statutes, each of the 11 full OFC Member Associations has one vote in the Congress and is entitled to be represented by two delegates. Further details regarding the voting process can be found in the OFC Statutes which is available on oceaniafootball.com
The elective Congress will take place on the morning of Saturday 15 January with Acting OFC President David Chung presiding over the meeting. Shortly afterwards, the first OFC Executive Committee meeting for the 2011-2014 term will take place with the newly elected President and seven Executive Members voting for a Senior Vice President, Vice President and Treasurer.
FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter and FIFA Secretary General Jérôme Valcke are expected to join the OFC Football Family in attending this auspicious occasion while also celebrating with the Football Federation American Samoa as they mark the completion of phase II and III of the FIFA Goal Project at their headquarters in Pago Pago.
